Historic Location
Gold Town Split Apartments is located in Split fourth Good, one of the oldest districts of the city, which started in the Middle Ages, outside the strict palace walls, as one of the then suburban town.
The house is actually a Baroque mansion built in the 18th century. A small two-storey mansion, in later times, has repeatedly upgraded. However, the original contours of the summer residence that belonged to the Split family Martinis – Marchi can still be read with the stone façade.
2011. The house was placed under conservation protection of Croatian Ministry of Culture.
The house was completely restored in 2011 and 2012.

Gold Town Split Apartments are located just 3 minutes walk from the historic center of Split, the Marmont Street, the Palace, the waterfront, numerous restaurants, bars, shops.
Access by car to get to the entrance to the apartments, but unfortunately, it is not possible to book parking, although it is available.
It is possible to arrange transportation from the airport or other location to the apartment or vice versa, at affordable prices.
